1:Assistant Jewelry Designer(Full-time/Part-time/Temporary/Internship)

Qualifications
•Previous internships /experience working in jewelry design within fine jewelry(Accept outstanding students)
•Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign, Microsoft Office required
•Proficiency in Rhinoceros 3D & plug-in programs
•Strong understanding of 3-dimensional model construction and jewelry making process
•Technical knowledge of jewelry manufacturing and material knowledge
•Strong organization and communication skills

Responsibilities
•Create and develop artwork based on design direction and seasonal concept
•Create design specs with accurate details to sample execution
•Create and update Design Decks with most up-to-date information
•Review samples with design team and provide comments to workshop
•Work closely with Product Development for accurate sample execution
•Work with in-house jewelers and engravers to execute mock-up samples
•Manage custom artworks requests
•Communicate clearly in timely manner to provide correct artwork for each request and track all revisions
•Create new custom style standard sheets for each launch
•Establish and ensure consistent engraving standards
•Work with the team and participate in design inventory count
•Organize, manage and track all design team samples accurately

2:Freelance Jewelry Designer(Part-time/Temporary/Internship)

Qualifications
•Previous internships /experience working in jewelry design within fine jewelry(Accept outstanding students)
•Creative eye and sensibility for merchandising
•Ability to sketch, understand Jewelry construction, component assembly

Responsibilities
•Work side by side with Creative Director to create jewelry collections (must be able to creative follow direction)
•Creates sketch designs using innovate silhouettes
•Identify trend direction, design concepts and presentation boards for existing and accounts
•Knowledge of CAD Software Rhino or Matrix and Photoshop format designs, as required

4:Part Time Jeweler

Qualifications
•The Jeweler works with all precious metals, including platinum, gold and silver as well as other specialty materials
•The Jeweler is expected to perform repairs using standard jewelry techniques including soldering, laser welding, fabrication, assembly, gluing, enameling, finishing, hallmarking, stone setting, etc
•The Jeweler possesses a deep knowledge of jewelry materials including metal assay and gemstone identification and sensitivity
•The Jeweler understands workshop safety and ensures risks are minimized
•The Jeweler will be requested from time to time to work with clients and sales associates to discuss clients’ needs and issues
•The Jeweler’s shift coverage is primarily weekends with some additional weekday work
•Perform repairs and alterations on all assigned orders according to Livianla
•Quality – Complete all craft work according to Livianla quality and design standards; read, understand and follow written repair instructions and seek clarification when needed; inspect all assigned orders for additional defects and note, repair or escalate as appropriate; perform “specialty craft work” e.g. complex setting, enameling as appropriate to skill set and work mix
•Productivity – Meet or exceed established productivity standards based on work mix and role
•Organization – Maintain assigned orders in an organized fashion ensuring that due dates are adhered to; report any late or potentially late orders to administration or management
•Maintain an organized bench and work space
•Request any needed parts, consumable material, tools or supplies according to established procedures; maintain all assigned parts, metals and scrap in a secure and organized fashion and according to established procedures
•Develop a working knowledge of Livianla products including but not limited to designers, collections, materials, methods of manufacture and repair techniques

7:Associate Merchandiser(Full-time)

Qualifications
•An experienced Retail Merchandiser with 5+ years of merchandising experience with confidence in analysis of data, quick follow through, and extreme attention to detail
•It is essential that this person is highly knowledgeable in excel and fashion merchandising
•3+ years’ experience in a Merchandising role; Jewelry experience a must
•Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office, etc.)

Responsibilities
This role will manage Jewelry within Dover Street Market NY, Dover Street Market LA and ESHOP
•Working within the Merchandising Team to ensure that all orders are placed on time with suppliers, order confirmations are received, Purchase Orders are uploaded into the system and deliveries are executed in a correct manner
•Responsible for sending out weekly and monthly sell-through reports to the assigned businesses; coming up with a plan of actions to achieve the seasonal budget
•Create and maintain longstanding relationships with brands; ensure deliveries are made on time and partner on opportunities

Qualifications
•Proven entrepreneurial leader with 15+ years of experience; possess professional maturity, industry credibility and a proven track record of success achieving growth and overseeing brand development
•BA or BS is required

Responsibilities
•The President position will be a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative role reporting to the CEO of the group with responsibility for all functions including but not limited to design, production, merchandising, planning, inventory management, sales and marketing, systems and logistics, e-commerce and livestreaming DTC businesses, division budgets and implementation of corporate strategies to meet or exceed the company goals
•This person will supervise a dedicated team of 16 employees and communicate with key corporate functional leaders linking the jewelry division to the corporate finance and other corporate support functions and departments to drive profitability
