- Washing: Hand wash only in cold water (max 30°C/86°F).Use mild, pH-neutral detergent (e.g., baby shampoo or silk-specific wash).Do not soak. Gently swirl for 2–3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

I have been extremely disappointed in my order that I made 3 weeks ago. It has told me the last 3 days it was “arriving today” and I still haven’t received it. At this point if it ever shows up, I will be asking for a refund. Had I know it was going to take so long to ship, I would have ordered the one I like from Nordstroms.
